You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This full-time, remote role lets you work from anywhere within South Africa. You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or equivalent experience.
• Agency or SaaS background is a plus.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools and multi-channel outreach.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts across South Africa.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
