Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are eager to open doors and drive pipeline. As an SDR, you will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

You will work with tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce, maintaining pipeline accuracy and contributing to high-quality outreach that avoids spam.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Ability to research and personalize outreach at scale.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
