Blacksmith Agency is seeking an energized Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers and book discovery calls while maintaining Salesforce/SalesLoft records.

This is a remote SA role, with a focus on thoughtful, high-quality outreach using tools like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo. You should have 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, experience with outbound sequences, and a resilient, coachable attitude.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; SaaS or agency experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
