Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and scheduling meetings with qualified prospects.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, strong written communication, and familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and ZoomInfo. Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
