Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors across South Africa and drive pipeline. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book meetings with qualified prospects using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce.

You should have 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, strong written communication, and experience with outbound outreach. Remote work from South Africa is supported within a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role
• Agency or SaaS experience a plus
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
