Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team
