Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

You will use LinkedIn, email and phone to run personalized outreach, with tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo. A remote role with SA coverage enables you to drive pipeline and hit volume goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an SDR/BDR or similar role, ideally in agency or SaaS.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
