Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, and book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.

You'll maintain Salesforce/SalesLoft records, test messaging, and help tighten targeting with the sales team, all while working remotely within the SA region.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
