Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our remote South Africa team. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to run personalized outreach, maintain clean CRM records and drive pipeline growth while working independently in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and feedback loops with the sales team.
