Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking energetic Sales Development Representatives to join our remote South Africa team. You will own the top of the funnel, researching target accounts, identifying decision makers and booking discovery calls for our SaaS-focused sales team.

You’ll craft personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain clean CRM records, and help us continuously refine targeting and messaging to drive qualified pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
