Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers and book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

This is a remote, full-time role within SA, requiring strong written communication and experience with outbound tools. You will use LinkedIn, SalesNavigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality outreach and accurate

Qualifications

2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean Salesforce and SalesLoft records.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
