Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers and craft personalized outbound sequences via LinkedIn, email and phone.

You will book qualified discovery calls and maintain clean Salesforce records. The role is full-time and remote (South Africa), with the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced agency environment and work with cutting-edge outbound tools to hit ambitious

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
