Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will use tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo, while keeping Salesforce and SalesLoft updated with every touchpoint. This is a fully remote, full-time position based in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and provide feedback to the sales team.
