Blacksmith Agency is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive top-of-funnel growth across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will operate with thoughtful outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone, ensuring high-quality touches and accurate Salesforce/SalesLoft records while contributing to pipeline growth.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable
