Blacksmith Agency is seeking ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join our team across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel—researching target accounts, sourcing decision makers, and booking meetings to fuel the pipeline for our clients.

You will use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo to craft thoughtful outreach, maintain your own Salesforce pipeline, and collaborate with Account Executives to maximize conversion while keeping quality high.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
