Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers to drive pipeline.

As a Sales Development Executive, you will craft thoughtful outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and collaborate with Account Executives to convert prospects into opportunities. This is a remote role within South Africa.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
