VirtuHire, a fast-growing international B2B events company, is expanding its outbound sales team and hiring Sales Development Representatives to join its remote South African operation. The role focuses on high-volume outbound calls to senior decision-makers to generate qualified meetings for international events.

You’ll thrive on a money-motivated, target-driven environment, work with CRM platforms like Zoho/Salesforce, and report to the sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outbound sales or SDR experience.
• Strong phone-based sales background is essential.
• Excellent spoken English with a professional neutral accent.
• Comfortable speaking with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Based in Cape Town or Johannesburg preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to senior executives and decision-makers.
• Generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Secure delegate attendance for executive-level events.
• Build and maintain prospect engagement through professional communication.
• Manage and update prospect activity within the CRM system.
• Maintain consistent outbound call activity and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support pipeline growth and event targets.
• Deliver professional communication aligned to international business standards.
