You will prospect, qualify leads, and set meetings for the Account Executive team in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales development, lead generation, or customer service role (SaaS experience is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, essential for remote work.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
• A positive attitude and a passion for technology and sales.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and sending emails.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospect's needs, pain points, and business objectives.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and effectively communicate the value proposition of our client's offerings.
• Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape relevant to the Durban business community.
• Provide feedback to management on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
