Blacksmith Agency Llc is seeking a Remote Sales Development Representative to generate leads and drive pipeline across South Africa, with a focus on Durban and surrounding markets. You will engage prospects, perform discovery calls, and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Sales development or customer service experience in SaaS is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for remote work.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospect's needs, pain points, and business objectives.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and communicate the value proposition of offerings.
• Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape relevant to Durban business community.
• Provide feedback to management on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
