Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to open doors across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers and book meetings to fuel our pipeline, acting as the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This is a remote, full-time role where you will personalize outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain Salesforce and SalesLoft records, and collaborate with Account Executives to maximize conversions.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
