Blacksmith Agency Llc is seeking a highly motivated Remote Sales Development Representative to generate leads and build a strong pipeline for the Durban market and beyond. This remote role offers flexibility to work from anywhere in South Africa while supporting the sales team with outreach, discovery calls, and qualified meeting scheduling.

Ideal candidates will have SaaS or B2B experience, outstanding communication skills, and the discipline to thrive in a remote environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in a sales, lead generation, or customer service role.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and objectives.
• Qualify leads and communicate the value proposition of offerings.
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Account Executive team.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings.
