Job summary

Placements24 is recruiting a Junior Sales Development Representative to join a fast-growing SaaS team. This remote-first role focuses on identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the account executives.

You will receive comprehensive training on our product, sales methodologies, and tools, with a supportive environment and clear paths for growth into Account Executive and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Interest in sales and building a career in tech sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.

• Ability to work independently and manage time in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with common office software (G Suite, MS Office).
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social channels to identify potential clients.
• Research target companies and decision-makers to tailor outreach.
• Engage prospects to understand needs and challenges.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of products and services.
• Qualify leads based on criteria and fit.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and up-to-date activity logs.
• Meet and strive to exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine lead generation.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
