Blacksmith Agency is seeking driven Sales Development Representatives to join their team across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel—researching target accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking qualified meetings to drive pipeline for the sales organization.

Remote work from anywhere in SA with a focus on outbound outreach. Ideal candidates have 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, SaaS or agency experience is a plus, strong written communication, and familiarity with tools like Sales

Qualifikationen

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; SaaS or agency experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Aufgaben

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
