Blacksmith Agency is seeking energetic Sales Development Representatives to join across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, sourcing qualified decision makers, and booking discovery calls to drive pipeline for our Account Executives.

You will craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain clean Salesforce records, and work with SalesLoft to test messaging and optimize targeting. Remote role with SA-wide scope.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; SaaS or agency experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM workflows.
• Comfortable managing your own pipeline in Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
