Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking driven Sales Development Representatives to join their South Africa team. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.

This remote role offers exposure to a fast-growing agency environment and requires proactive outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone. You will work with Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo, and ZoomInfo to build clean pipelines, measure messaging

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS experience a plus).
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
