Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will play a key role in outbound outreach, maintain Salesforce/SalesLoft records, and work remotely within South Africa to build a strong pipeline for Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
