Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking ambitious Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers and craft personalized outbound outreach to book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

This remote role requires 2+ years in SDR/BDR, strong written communication, and experience with outreach tools. You will operate in a fast-paced environment using LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to maintain clean CRM

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience or similar with a proven track record.
• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Excellent written communication and ability to customize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools for multi-channel sequences.
• Comfort with Salesforce and maintaining a clean pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
