Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will research accounts, identify decision makers and craft outbound sequences to book discovery calls.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, experience with Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo or ZoomInfo, and are comfortable with Salesforce. This is a full-time remote role within South Africa.

Formación

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar sales role.
• Experience with outbound outreach and account research.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and outreach tools.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
