Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience with a specialization in sales recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing sales professionals at various levels.
• Excellent understanding of sales methodologies and KPIs.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full remote workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for sales positions, from understanding client needs to offer negotiation.
• Source and attract top sales talent, including business development managers, account executives, and sales leaders.
• Conduct effective screening and interviewing to assess sales acumen, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates in the sales domain.
