Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Recruitment Consultant to join a fully virtual team in South Africa. You will handle the full lifecycle from client relationships to sourcing and securing top talent in a remote-first setup.

With 5+ years of recruitment experience, you will excel at building relationships, sourcing candidates, and delivering placements while working autonomously in a flexible, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in a consultancy or agency setting.
• Proven track record of managing a recruitment desk and meeting placement targets.
• Excellent sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and recruitment projects from initiation to completion.
• Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates for diverse roles.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to client needs.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding for successful hires.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
