• Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant with business development experience.
• Experience managing a remote desk independently.
• Excellent virtual communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies, ATS, and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong candidate sourcing knowledge and market dynamics.
• Self-disciplined and results-oriented with a commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities for a diverse client base, remotely.
• Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients, developing new business opportunities.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for a wide range of roles, ensuring quality and fit.
