Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Sales Specialist to drive sales initiatives across the Northern Cape from a fully remote capacity. You will identify and engage potential clients, nurture leads, and close deals independently using digital tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and virtual meeting platforms
• Strong self-discipline, time management, and organizational skills for remote work
• A dedicated home office setup with reliable internet access is essential

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospective customers via phone, email, and social media platforms.
• Manage and convert inbound leads into new sales opportunities.
• Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals, ensuring all client requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within the CRM system.
