Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in remote sales or tele-sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Excellent communication, listening, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently from home.
• Proficient with CRM and virtual meeting platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls and emails to prospective clients nationwide.
• Present and demonstrate products/services via online channels.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals to hit monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard and support customers.
