Placements24 is seeking a high-performing Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its fully remote team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for clients, focusing on delivering results and building lasting partnerships. Based remotely, ideally near Randburg, you will drive candidate engagement and client satisfaction through digital channels.

You will work with diverse clients and advanced recruitment tools, with uncapped commission incentives that reward performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience with proven placement targets.
• Proficiency in remote client management and communication.
• Experience using online sourcing channels and ATS.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and compliance.
• Strong organizational and autonomous work skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for clients from briefing to placement.
• Build and maintain remote client relationships via virtual channels.
• Source high-quality candidates using online channels and tools.
• Conduct remote interviews and assessments to evaluate fit.
• Negotiate terms and support offers to successful candidates.
• Provide market insights to support hiring strategies.
