Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a remote setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong closing skills and a results‑oriented approach to sales.
• Proficiency with CRM software and virtual communication tools.
• Self‑motivated with strong time management in a remote work environment.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and chat to understand needs and recommend products.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer data is up-to-date.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and closing techniques.
• Collaborate with the sales support team to resolve inquiries and ensure a smooth purchasing process.
• Maintain high product knowledge to effectively answer questions and address concerns.
