Placements24 seeks a Remote Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with travel partners, drive adoption of our travel technology platform, and ensure customers achieve their business goals.

You will work independently from anywhere, conduct regular check-ins and business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and drive retention.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and CS platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, independent environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of B2B clients and ensure adoption of the platform.
