Placements24 in South Africa is seeking a proactive Remote Client Success Manager to nurture long-term relationships with key clients and drive value from our SaaS offerings. You will guide onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement, reduce churn, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with Sales, Product, and Support in a fully remote environment.

The role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of managing enterprise accounts from onboarding

Formación

• Proven experience in Client Success/Account Management in SaaS.
• Ability to manage enterprise-level relationships and expectations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention tactics.
• Experience with onboarding, adoption, and value realization.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients from onboarding to ongoing success.
• Develop strategic account plans to meet and exceed client objectives.
• Engage with clients to understand needs, challenges, and goals.
• Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value and identify improvements.
• Serve as primary client contact, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
• Monitor client health and usage to prevent churn.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support for a seamless experience.
• Educate clients on new features and best practices.
