Placements24 is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join a fast-growing, remote-first SaaS sales team. You will own end-to-end sales cycles, qualify leads, run product demos, and close deals with enterprise clients across South Africa.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, a track record of exceeding quotas, strong communication with C-level executives, and proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Remote work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in B2B SaaS or technology sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals in the assigned territory.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos tailored to prospective clients.
• Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and timely follow-up.
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals focused on value and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
• Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities in the CRM.
