Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
• Conduct in-depth demand forecasting and analysis based on historical data, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market dynamics to identify revenue opportunities and threats.
• Manage and maintain pricing and inventory controls across various distribution channels.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on revenue performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
• Utilize revenue management systems (RMS) and other analytical tools to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance overall guest value.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience with revenue management systems (RMS) and forecasting tools.
• Excellent understanding of pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and market analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data visualization tools.
