Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive growth across the Southern African region for a hospitality technology solutions provider. This fully remote role allows you to manage the territory from your home office, build a high‑performing sales team, and expand market share.

You will develop strategic sales plans, win key hotel, resort and tourism accounts, negotiate complex deals, and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales with at least 5 in a leadership/management role.
• Proven track record in B2B sales within technology or hospitality sectors.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and hospitality technology needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets and market share goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a remote sales team; ensure achievement of individual objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business within hospitality sector across the region.
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers at client organizations.
• Negotiate and close complex deals with favorable terms.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
