Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead sales efforts in the Eastern Cape region from a fully remote setup. You will develop comprehensive regional strategies, identify opportunities in hospitality and tourism, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle while building strong executive-level relationships.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales with at least 4 years in leadership, and a track record of exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience
• 4+ years in a leadership or director role
• Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or tourism sectors preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategy to hit revenue targets
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to close
• Build executive relationships with hotels, resorts, and tourism businesses
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
• Mentor junior sales team members in a remote capacity
