Placements24 partners with a leading international hospitality group to recruit a Remote Senior Revenue Manager. The role centers on optimizing occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR across properties in South Africa, with a focus on the North West region including Rustenburg.

You will drive pricing, distribution, and revenue strategies using data-driven insights, while mentoring junior staff remotely and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through RM strategies.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills in data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
• Conduct market analysis, forecasting, and competitor research to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
• Implement dynamic pricing across channels to maintain profitability.
• Manage inventory and channel distribution for maximum reach and revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations remotely.
• Utilize RM systems and reporting tools to monitor performance and insights.
• Deliver remote presentations to management on performance and forecasts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and RM best practices.
• Train and mentor junior RM staff remotely.
• Contribute to RM policies and procedures.
