Placements24 is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover Soweto and the Gauteng region. You will lead a sales team, drive revenue growth, and build relationships with hotels, restaurants, and events in the hospitality sector.

You will travel regionally, balance field activity with strategic remote planning, and report on performance. A strong track record in B2B hospitality or technology sales is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales with 3+ years in management.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality/tech sectors.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience managing remote or field-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of hospitality sales representatives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector in Soweto and beyond.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
• Forecast sales and report regional performance; monitor the sales pipeline.
