Placements24 is seeking a Senior Revenue Manager for a fully remote role within South Africa. You will develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR across a portfolio of properties.

You will lead market analysis, forecasting, and pricing decisions, leveraging PMS/CRS tools and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth in the SA hospitality market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of revenue management experience in hotels.
• Strong analytics, forecasting and reporting skills.
• Familiar with major distribution channels and yield management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and demand forecasting.
• Implement dynamic pricing across OTAs, direct bookings, and GDS.
• Manage inventory and restrictions to optimize room availability and pricing.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align revenue strategies with business goals.
• Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
