Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve goals, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail locations, ensuring policy compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and staff for high performance.
• Monitor operational metrics and take corrective actions.
• Manage budgets, resources, and P&L for regions; achieve financial targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain for aligned processes.
