Placements24 is seeking a Regional Operations Director to oversee multiple sites in a remote-first setup. You will develop and execute operational strategies to drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction while leading a dispersed team across regions.

The role requires extensive senior operations experience, multi-site oversight, and strong remote collaboration skills. A Master’s (MBA) is highly desirable to shape scalable, high-performing regional operations.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in senior Operations Management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record in multi-site operations leadership and improvement.
• Strong understanding of remote team management and performance metrics.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement operational strategies for the assigned region, driving efficiency and profitability.
• Provide strategic leadership to operations managers across multiple remote locations.
• Monitor KPIs across operations and implement corrective actions.
• Foster continuous improvement and operational excellence through remote management and communication.
