Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Regional Operations Director to oversee multiple sites in a remote-first setup. You will develop and execute operational strategies to drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction while leading a dispersed team across regions.

The role requires extensive senior operations experience, multi-site oversight, and strong remote collaboration skills. A Master’s (MBA) is highly desirable to shape scalable, high-performing regional operations.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in senior Operations Management or a similar leadership role.
Proven track record in multi-site operations leadership and improvement.
Strong understanding of remote team management and performance metrics.
Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies for the assigned region, driving efficiency and profitability.
Provide strategic leadership to operations managers across multiple remote locations.
Monitor KPIs across operations and implement corrective actions.
Foster continuous improvement and operational excellence through remote management and communication.
