Placements24 recruitment consultants are sought for a fully remote role in Vereeniging, Gauteng, offering South Africa-wide coverage. You will manage a diverse range of assignments across administrative, operational, and junior professional roles.

The ideal candidate has strong generalist recruitment skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup. You will source, screen, interview, and advise hiring managers while achieving KPIs and maintaining ATS

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment consultancy or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong generalist recruitment principles and best practices.
• Excellent sourcing via online boards, LinkedIn, and networks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Based in South Africa and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle across diverse roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Develop sourcing strategies using online platforms and networks.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and advise on needs.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout process.
• Meet KPIs for placement volume and quality.
• Maintain ATS candidate and client records.
