Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in recruitment consultancy or related talent acquisition role.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects remotely.
• Proficiency with ATS and online sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and time-management oriented in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes remotely for diverse client vacancies.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates nationwide.
• Conduct remote interviews and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and hiring managers via virtual channels.
• Negotiate offers and manage post-offer processes for a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and contribute to knowledge sharing.
