Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Recruitment Consultant to support clients nationwide, including the Vereeniging area, with fully remote work. You will manage the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding client needs to presenting top candidates and facilitating job offers.

You will source strategically, assess fit, negotiate terms, and provide market insights. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; this role offers autonomy, flexible hours, and an uncapped commission

Qualifications

• Proven track record in recruitment, staffing, or related field with targets achieved.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for remote engagement.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and stay productive remotely.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing tools, and employment legislation.
• Proficiency in using modern ATS and recruitment technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from client needs to sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract niche talent pools online and via networks.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments of skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate employment terms and manage the offer process with a positive experience for all.
• Act as a consultative partner, providing market insights and recruitment advice to clients.
• Maintain meticulous records in the ATS and update candidate data regularly.
