This position is ideal for a digital marketing expert with a passion for the real estate industry, who thrives in a location-independent work environment. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and promote properties across various online platforms. This role requires a proactive approach to digital outreach and a deep understanding of the evolving online landscape in the South African property market, with the primary focus on reaching audiences in and around Cape Town, Western Cape and beyond, all managed remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines (SEO/SEM), email marketing, and content marketing.
• Create engaging and compelling content, including property descriptions, blog posts, social media updates, and video scripts, tailored for online audiences.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI and drive qualified leads.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement and inform strategy.
• Develop and manage email marketing lists and campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the real estate sector.

Requirements
